Shipping Policy 

We provide reliable, temperature-controlled delivery across the UAE to ensure all Giovanni Chocolate orders arrive in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Fees

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: AED 30

  • All other UAE cities: AED 50

  • Western Region, Bida Zayed, Al Qua, Al Wagan, Hatta: AED 100

2. Delivery Time
Deliveries are made daily between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, depending on the customer’s location.

3. Refrigerated Delivery
All orders are transported using refrigerated vehicles to protect chocolate from heat and ensure product freshness.

4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. Delays caused by incorrect information are not our responsibility.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.
