Order Issues — مشاكل الطلب
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a short video as proof.
إذا وصل طلبك تالفًا أو غير صحيح أو غير مطابق للتوقعات، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة مع إرسال صور أو فيديو قصير كإثبات.

Our team will review your case and provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.
سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة الحالة وتقديم استبدال أو رصيد متجر عند الإمكان.

Cancellations — الإلغاء
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, as long as preparation has not started.
يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال ساعة واحدة بشرط عدم بدء التجهيز.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
بمجرد بدء تجهيز الطلب، لا يمكن الإلغاء.

Delivery Issues — مشاكل التوصيل
If the delivery address is incorrect or the customer is unavailable, re-delivery fees may apply.
إذا كان عنوان التوصيل خاطئًا أو لم يكن العميل متاحًا للاستلام، قد يتم فرض رسوم إعادة توصيل.

If the product is affected due to delays caused by incorrect information, no refund or replacement can be offered.
وفي حال تأثر المنتج بسبب معلومات خاطئة، لا يمكن تقديم استرجاع أو استبدال.

All chocolate products are temperature-sensitive. Responsibility transfers to the customer once delivered.
